The MS Advanced Innovations in Heart Failure Symposium is offering CME credit for course participation. The conference is complimentary, but if you would like to receive CME credits, there will be a $25 certificate fee when submitting your CME evaluation and application for credit after the course.
The Mount Sinai Advanced Innovations in Heart Failure Virtual Symposium will be supported through educational grants and exhibit fees from commercial supporters. The Course Directors will develop the educational content without any influence from commercial supporters. A complete list, along with appropriate acknowledgement will be given to all supporters at the time of the conference. Virtual exhibits will be available for viewing at all scheduled breaks.
